How to Photograph Your Lorry for an Accurate Sticker Quote
Five angles, daylight, basic measurements and your logo. A short guide to getting a faster, more accurate lorry sticker quote.

The first step to a lorry sticker quote is sending a photo of your lorry on WhatsApp. A clear photo lets us judge panel size, body shape and the area that can take stickers, so your quote is more accurate and comes faster. Follow this short guide and all you need is your phone.
Why lorry photos matter so much
The final lorry sticker price depends on sticker size and design, and is confirmed on WhatsApp after we see your lorry. The Standard package starts from RM2,200 per lorry and Size XL from RM3,500 per lorry, but without a photo we can't tell which one fits. See the details in the packages section.
What we look for in a photo
- The size and shape of each panel: sides, rear, cab doors.
- Obstacles such as hinges, rivets, steps, fuel tanks and lights.
- Surface condition, including old stickers or scratched paint.
- The lorry's body colour, which affects colour choices in the design.
The angles to shoot

Shoot from the right angles and we can see the whole lorry without asking again and again. Here is the set of photos we recommend.
- Full left side — from the front of the cab to the end of the cargo box.
- Full right side — the two sides sometimes differ because of doors or tanks.
- Rear — including the rear doors, lights and number plate.
- Front — if you want stickers on the cab or above the windscreen.
- 45-degree angle — one shot from a front corner so we see the overall shape.
Stand far enough and straight
Step back until the whole panel fits in the frame, and stand facing the middle of the panel. Photos taken too close or at a sharp angle make a panel look shorter or longer than it really is.
Hold your phone sideways
For side shots, hold the phone sideways (landscape). A lorry is long, so a landscape frame fits more lorry and less empty space.
Light and background that help
A good photo doesn't need an expensive camera. What matters is light and background.
Lighting tips
Shoot in daylight in a bright spot. Avoid direct sun from behind the lorry, as the body will turn dark. Sharp shadows across a panel also make it hard for us to see lines and rivets.
A tidy background
If possible, park the lorry in an open area with no other vehicles in the way. Make sure no people or items are leaning on the panels. A clean lorry helps too, because thick dirt can hide scratches or old stickers.
Measurements: when and how

Photos alone are enough for many quotes. But if you can, basic measurements help us be more precise, especially for big lorries or trailers.
Useful measurements
- Length and height of the cargo box side.
- Width and height of the rear doors.
- Vehicle type: van, pickup, 1-tonne, 3-tonne, 5-tonne, reefer, trailer or food truck.
No measuring tape?
No problem. Tell us your lorry's type and model, and send clear photos. We will ask if anything else needs confirming.
Logo, details and design samples

Besides the lorry photos, send your logo as well. The original file from your designer is best; if you don't have it, a clear photo of the logo works to start with. You can also bring your own design file if you already have one.
The details you want displayed
Write down what you want on the lorry: company name, main service and phone number. Keep it to the essentials so it reads from a distance; see lorry sticker designs that read from afar for tips.
Installation location
Tell us where your lorry is too. Installation at your location is available in every state, for example in Shah Alam, Johor Bahru or Kuching. The slot is arranged on WhatsApp, and the estimated completion time is 3 to 7 working days depending on size and scope.
What happens after you send the photos
Once your photos and logo reach us on WhatsApp, the process is simple and clear.
- Send your lorry photos and logo on WhatsApp.
- Check the design and price with us until you are happy.
- We print your stickers.
- We install at your location, and you drive off.
Common mistakes that slow a quote down
Photos showing only half the lorry, photos taken at night, or shots taken from inside another vehicle usually need to be retaken. So do photos cropped so the end of the cargo box is cut off. Spend five minutes getting the shots right once, and you save time going back and forth. To understand the price factors in more depth, read lorry sticker price.
In short: five photos from the right angles, daylight, your logo and a list of details. That is all we need to start. For several lorries, send photos of each vehicle type and how many you have, and we will prepare a quote based on unit count and design.
